  1. I have been making a lot of your recipes and I LOVE them! However, I've noticed that while all the ingredients are healthy, these are not necessarily low-cal or low-sodium. For instance, this pork recipe uses 1/4 cup of Braggs and the serving size is 1/2 tsp!!! Do you ever worry about the sodium content of these meals between the chicken stock, liquid aminos, etc.?

    1. Not really, but if that is something you are concerned about, you can certainly change it suit your needsd. I make my own chicken stock so it's low sodium. You should try making your own.
