Beef Tenderloin in the crock pot

Beef Tenderloin in the crock pot

Ingredients
1) 2 pound beef tenderloin
2) Salt and pepper
3) 1 clove of garlic
4) 1 medium onion
5) 2 bay leaves
6) 1 cup water
7) 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Directions
1) Thinly slice garlic
2) Slice onion
3)  Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper to taste
4) Place 1/2 of sliced onions on bottom of crock pot
5) Pace roast on top of onions
6) Add water, bay leaves, onions and Worcestershire sauce over roast
7) Place garlic slices on top of roast
8) Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
9) Remove bay leaves
10) Enjoy
