Ingredients
1) 2 cups dried lentils - rinsed
2) 8 cups vegetable stock
3) 1 1 lb bag of baby carrots
4) 3 stalks of celery - chopped
5) 1 tablespoon onion powder
6) 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
Throw everything in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours!!!
You can also cut up carrots. |
Did you soak the lentils first? They weren't done at the end of cooking time. Loved the flavour of the broth!
